Communications Committee

The purpose of the Communications Committee is to develop and implement an annual Communications Plan designed to deliver timely and relevant information while promoting the International Association of Legal Administrators image of Legal Professionals.  Our goals are to facilitate comunications exchanges between by the ALA National organization, the Indiana Chapter (INALA) Board of Directors, Chapter Members, Business Partners and our Community. 

Communications - Marketing & Public Relations Committee

The purpose of this committee is to develop and disseminate information and programs to our audiences through a variety of communication formats.  Committee members are responsible for:  Member Relations, Community Relations, Business Partner Relations, Press Releases, Newsletter, Chapter Photography along with programs including our annual Salary Survey, Member Interest Survey, Community Connections, Silent Auction and Diversity programs.

Communications - Technology Committee

The purpose of this committee is to develop and support technology including the Chapter website at in order to establish and maintain an online presence for the chapter for the benefit and use of ALA Indiana members.  The committee is responsible for sending event photos to the Webmaster for uploading to the website, providing new INALA members a login and password for the 'Members Only' area of the website and uploading the podcasts from monthly education meetings. The committee will meet at least once per quarter to review the current website and decide if any information needs to be refreshed or removed and determine if the website needs design changes to keep the information accurate and up-to-date for all ALA Indiana members. 

In addition, this committee is responsible for working with the Director of Communications and the Marketing & Public Relations committee to provide Social Media services including RSS Feeds, LinkedIn, Facebook, Podcasts & Webcasts.
