Welcome to the website of the Indiana Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. The Association of Legal Administrators is the undisputed leader in the business of law and law practice management. Our Chapter has approximately 35 members representing private law firms from solo practitioners to some of the nation’s largest law firms throughout Indiana. The members are comprised of legal administrators/managers with expertise in the areas of Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Benefits Administration, Office Administration and Facilities & Operations Management. Through the help and participation of many of our members, we were able to earn the Presidents’ Award of Excellence for the 6th consecutive year. We are able to accomplish this level of success because of how well our members work together and enjoy each other's company. There is no better way to grow in the legal field than with the support of ALA.

The Chapter conducts educational luncheon meetings throughout the year which encompass a variety of timely topics. If you are not a current member and would like to attend a luncheon, please contact Shanda McPike to attend as our guest.  You will come away with an understanding and appreciation of the value the Chapter can provide to you and your firm.  If you are not able to attend a luncheon, we have podcasts as well as guest speaker handouts available for you to view post-meeting.
